"Configuring" bug made this app useless

I tried to sign in and got a pop-up with a spinning wheel that simply says "Configuring" - it never goes away and I cant read any of my books or buy new ones. Terrible. I want my money back for all the comics Ive bought and cant access. Awful customer service. Dont use their apps!
